The iron foundry has been in the field of manufacturing grey iron, ductile iron and wears resistant & Ni Hard cast iron from 2kg to 15000kg for over 25 years. The foundry has the capability of melting and pouring over 50 tons of iron castings daily to meet more than 200 customers in wide range of applications including mining, recycling, aggregating. It has more than 3000 pattern of crusher OEM parts and spare parts for domestic and oversea customer, such as flywheel, upper frame, pinion shaft housing, toggle plate, shaft head nut, wedge, and so on.

Bronze Foundry
The bronze foundry has the production of bronze bearings and seats with a comprehensive range of sizes, types, and grades for crusher, mining and recycling industries. The foundry has all the patterns of bushing, wearing plate, liner and step washer for Metso’, Sandvik’, Parker’, Symons’, Jaques’ cone crushers. 6 CNC milling machines, 4 CNC lathes and 2 CNC horizontal boring machines guarantee highest accuracy and shortest lead-time.

The manganese foundry has the production of wear parts for jaw crushers, cone crushers, Gyratory crushers, Impact crushers. The foundry has more than 5000 patterns covering the major brands of crushers like Pegson, Symons, Sandvik, Metso, Extec, Finlay, Cedarapids, Rubblemaster, Krupp, Kueken, Parker, Telsmith, Nordberg, Svedala, and many more. All the crusher parts are available in the material of Mn14%-Mn22% with or without 2%Chrome.
